Tuzigoot

This place is my 3rd favorite spot I've traveled to. It's an amazing sight to behold. I was shown this relic on my 26th Birthday and never forgot it. The remnants are of one of the largest pueblos built by the Sinagua. An Apache word meaning "crooked water." Built between 1100 to 1450 AD and consisting of 80 rooms and 2 storeys high. At the time the population of Tuzigoot was 150 people.

Thoughts at the moment...April 26, 2008

I'm adding pictures of my family on my blog because I miss them, and this is my way of being close to them. Nothing is better than being there in person, but this is my way of enjoying the moment while I'm over 1000 miles away.

My family is my best gift. Through growing up and learning, we've all become quite close, which to me is the best blessing of all. I didn't get a picture of everyone, but I will add them later. I have tons of pictures.

I took this picture at an angle to be different. This is my beloved Cavendish beach, where I plan on getting married to the man of my dreams (wherever he is). And one of the most beautiful places I've traveled to.
